Terms of Service (English)

StructCheck is an assistive tool that reviews exported analysis/design tables against SBC 301/304. Results are estimates; final design, approval and sign-off remain the sole responsibility of the engineer of record. Free accounts get a limited number of uses per week; paid plans (Basic, Premium, Diamond) give more uses. One use = every result you ask for from any tool (each press of Calculate), or one new ETABS file; limits reset every Sunday (Riyadh time). Accounts are personal; sharing accounts, circumventing the counter or opening multiple accounts to avoid it is not allowed. Payments are processed by Moyasar (mada, Visa, Mastercard); we never store card details. Each plan lasts 30 days from payment with no automatic renewal. You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you paid by mistake or did not use the plan; after that, or once the plan has been used, payments are non-refundable unless a fault on our side prevented use.
